The Program Manager has oversight of the purpose and status of all projects in a Program and can use this oversight to support project-level activity to ensure the overall program goals are likely to be met.

As an Instructional Designer, I analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the e-learning process. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
